SPEAKING A SECOND LANGUAGE

Your client is four times more likely to purchase from a website in their own language.

Let's give you an example:

Marie and her husband are taking a trip to New Zealand to celebrate their retirement. Marie learnt English at school, and although it was 42 years ago she can still introduce herself, say she's French, ask for directions to the bakery and buy a baguette while she's there.
Marie is computer savvy, she frequently uses the Internet but is frustrated by English language websites, (equally, poor translations) as she's not always sure she's understood what is being said.

Would she commit to buy or make a booking from an English language website?

A well translated web page ensures that your clients understand exactly what you're selling, no second guessing, no wondering if it really is the 'Red Light district' or just a short stroll from Red Square...
